Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

This Telegram mass DM Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs every campaign we plan, build, and deliver on telegrammassdm.com. We manually review each brief before any message is sent, and we refuse any work that breaches this policy — even after a deposit is paid. Honest, relevant outreach is the only kind of bulk DM on Telegram we will run; if a request asks us to spam, deceive, impersonate, or evade platform rules, the answer is no.

By engaging us for any Telegram outreach, broadcast, or direct message campaign, you agree to this AUP. It works alongside our Terms of Service, and where this AUP is stricter, the stricter rule applies. Have a borderline case? Message us on Telegram before you commit budget.

What principles guide our Telegram outreach?

Our principles are simple: outreach should be opt-in-friendly, honest, and relevant. We believe a direct message campaign earns its reply when it reaches an on-topic audience with a clear value proposition and a frictionless way to opt out. We do not chase raw volume at the cost of recipients, your brand, or the platform. Every campaign we accept must respect the person on the other end of the message.

Good cold DM and lead generation work because the offer fits the audience — not because a list is large. We hold every project to three tests: is the audience plausibly interested, is the message truthful, and can a recipient leave in one tap? If a brief fails any of these, we revise it until it passes, or we decline.

What counts as permitted use?

Permitted use covers legitimate marketing and outreach to relevant, on-topic audiences — product launches, event invites, community building, B2B prospecting, customer re-engagement, and offers — provided each message carries a clear value proposition, an accurate sender identity, and an easy, honored opt-out. Member scraping and list building are acceptable only for audiences with a genuine, plausible interest in what you send.

In practice, permitted Telegram outreach means contacting people for whom your message is genuinely useful: members of topical groups, prospects who match your niche, or returning customers. Tell recipients who you are, why they are hearing from you, and how to stop. We help you segment audiences, write honest copy, pace a broadcast responsibly, and wire up a one-tap unsubscribe — the only kind of bulk DM on Telegram this AUP allows.

What content and conduct are prohibited?

Prohibited content and conduct are non-negotiable. We will not run a Telegram mass DM campaign that touches any of the categories below. Some carry zero tolerance: any sexual content involving minors or CSAM ends the engagement immediately and is reported to the relevant authorities. The rest are firm grounds to decline, pause, or terminate without refund.

  • Illegal goods or services — anything unlawful in your or the recipient's jurisdiction.
  • Fraud, scams, and phishing — deceptive offers, credential harvesting, or fake giveaways.
  • Financial deception — guaranteed-returns schemes, pump-and-dump promotion, unlicensed investment or crypto solicitation.
  • Impersonation — posing as a brand, official, or person you are not, or spoofing a sender identity.
  • Harassment and threats — intimidation, stalking, doxxing, or coordinated targeting of individuals.
  • Hate speech — content attacking people based on protected characteristics.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance; any adult content involving minors is reported and the account terminated.
  • Malware and exploits — links or files that install, hijack, or compromise a device.
  • Deceptive claims — false statements, fabricated testimonials, or misleading "official" framing.
  • Indiscriminate spam — bulk messaging to audiences with no plausible interest in the offer.

How do you comply with Telegram's Terms and the law?

Compliance is built into how we operate: every direct message campaign must follow Telegram's Terms of Service and the laws that apply to you and your recipients. We follow CAN-SPAM- and GDPR-style honesty: accurate sender details, truthful subject matter, a lawful basis or consent where required, and a working opt-out that we honor promptly across the broadcast.

Telegram is not a fringe channel — it passed 1 billion monthly active users in March 2025, so its rules carry real weight and real enforcement. You are responsible for your offer's legality, your data's provenance, and any consent obligations in your market; we are responsible for running the campaign within Telegram's policies. If a law in your jurisdiction is stricter than this policy, that law governs.

Do you help bypass Telegram's anti-abuse systems?

No circumvention is a hard line. We do not help anyone bypass Telegram's anti-abuse systems, rate limits, spam filters, or platform rules, and we do not sell "guaranteed ToS bypass." We work within the platform's boundaries — pacing sends, warming senders, and respecting limits — because evasion harms recipients, risks your accounts, and violates this AUP and Telegram's terms alike.

Sustainable Telegram outreach is the opposite of evasion. Plenty of vendors promise unlimited blasts and silent workarounds; we do not, because those tactics burn senders and break trust. Compare that to email, where reported open rates above 40% are inflated by Apple Mail Privacy Protection — on Telegram, a real, willing reply is worth far more than a vanity metric.

Who is responsible for volume and rate limits?

Volume and rate responsibility is shared. We pace every broadcast conservatively and advise on safe daily limits, but you remain responsible for the accuracy and provenance of your audience, the legality of your offer, and the truthfulness of your copy. We may reduce volume, slow a send, or pause a direct message campaign at any time to protect recipients, sender health, and platform standing.

Use responsibly. A Telegram mass DM service is a tool, not a shortcut around consent. You are responsible for complying with Telegram's Terms of Service and the laws that apply to your audience. We do not guarantee bans, results, or ToS bypass — only honest, relevant outreach run within the rules.

How do you enforce this policy?

Enforcement is at our sole discretion. We may decline a brief, pause a live campaign, or terminate a Telegram mass DM engagement at any time for an AUP violation — and no refund is owed for work refused, stopped, or ended on those grounds. Clear violations, especially zero-tolerance categories, end the relationship immediately and may be reported to Telegram or relevant authorities.

We document the reason when we act, and where safe and lawful we will tell you what triggered the decision so you can correct course. Keeping our delivery clean is how the campaigns we do run actually land.

How do I report abuse?

Reporting abuse is straightforward: if you receive a message you believe violates this policy or Telegram's rules, report it to Telegram directly using the in-app "Report" option on the chat, or follow the process in Telegram's Terms of Service. You can also reach Telegram's official channels via telegram.org. If the message came from one of our campaigns, tell us so we can investigate.

We take reports seriously and review them by hand. If something we sent crossed a line, we want to know — it helps us tighten the briefs we accept and the audiences we approve.
