Acceptance of terms
Acceptance of terms means that by purchasing or using any Telegram outreach campaign from telegrammassdm.com, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this agreement. If you place an order on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.
This agreement is between you ("you", "the client") and Telegram Mass DM ("we", "us"). It applies to every order, message, and consultation across the site, alongside our Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.
Description of service
Telegram Mass DM provides a managed direct message campaign service: we plan, set up, and run bulk DM on Telegram and broadcast outreach on your behalf to audiences you define and authorize. We are an independent marketing provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Telegram FZ-LLC or its affiliates.
Our managed work may include campaign strategy, message copy review, sender configuration, scheduling, member scraping from public sources where lawful, list hygiene, and reply handling. Deliverables vary by the tier you choose; see pricing and how it works for current scope. We may adjust pacing, sender behavior, or methods at any time to protect deliverability and to keep activity within reasonable, responsible limits.
Eligibility
Eligibility requires that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The service is intended for businesses and professionals running legitimate Telegram outreach. We may decline or cancel any order where eligibility cannot be reasonably established, at our sole discretion.
You must provide accurate contact and campaign information. Reselling, white-labeling, or sublicensing the service without our written consent is not permitted.
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities are central to this agreement: you warrant that every campaign you commission is lawful, that your audiences are opt-in or otherwise appropriate to contact, and that your message content is truthful and non-deceptive. You — not us — are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and with the platform's rules when running any direct message campaign.
Specifically, you agree that you alone are responsible for complying with Telegram's Terms of Service and with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, consumer-protection, data-protection, and marketing-consent rules that apply to your audience and offer. You will not use our service for fraud, harassment, impersonation, malware, illegal goods, or any content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. You confirm you have a lawful basis to contact each recipient, that your targeting and member scraping respect platform rules and local law, and that you hold all rights to the materials, links, and brands in your messages. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your campaigns, as described below.
Use responsibly. We run compliance-positive outreach with manual review and opt-in audiences. You are responsible for complying with
Telegram's Terms of Service and applicable anti-spam laws for every cold DM you send.
No guarantee of results or against account restrictions
No guarantee of results is given. We do not promise specific reply rates, link clicks, sales, or that any account used in a Telegram outreach campaign will avoid limits, restrictions, or bans. Reported aggregates such as a 7.2% average reply rate reflect past platform-wide activity, are not audited, and are not a promise of your outcome.
Messaging platforms enforce their own rules and may rate-limit, restrict, or ban accounts at their discretion. Telegram reached over 1 billion monthly active users in March 2025, and engagement on the channel can outperform inflated email metrics — for context, email open rates near 40% are skewed upward by privacy-protection auto-opens. Even so, results depend on your offer, list quality, and timing, all of which are outside our control. We do not and cannot guarantee bypass of any platform safeguard.
Fees and payment
Fees and payment are charged per campaign at the tier you select — Starter, Growth, or Scale — as listed on our pricing page. Fees are one-time per campaign and due before work begins unless we agree otherwise in writing. All amounts are in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes for which you are responsible.
Current per-campaign pricing is published at /pricing/. We may revise pricing for future orders; the price quoted at the time you order applies to that order. Mid-campaign scope changes you request may incur additional fees, agreed before we proceed.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which sets out when a campaign qualifies for a full or partial refund and when fees are non-refundable — for example, once delivery has begun. Reviewing the Refund Policy before ordering is your responsibility, and it forms part of this agreement.

Intellectual property
Intellectual property in the site, our methods, templates, and documentation remains ours. You retain ownership of the content, brands, and lists you supply, and you grant us a limited license to use them solely to deliver your direct message campaign. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our tooling or processes.
You warrant that materials you provide do not infringe any third party's rights. Any campaign assets we create for you are licensed for your use upon full payment; underlying systems and know-how stay with us.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Disclaimers and limitation of liability mean the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, account suspensions, or platform actions, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
Indemnification requires you to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, fines, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your campaigns, your content, your audiences, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or platform rule, including anti-spam regulations and Telegram's Terms of Service.
This obligation survives termination of your use of the service.
Suspension, termination, and right to refuse campaigns
Suspension, termination, and the right to refuse campaigns are reserved to us at our sole discretion. We may pause, decline, or cancel any bulk DM on Telegram order — before or during delivery — if it appears unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or contrary to our Acceptable Use Policy, platform rules, or these terms, without liability for resulting losses.
Where we cancel an eligible order that has not yet been delivered for reasons unrelated to your breach, the Refund Policy determines any refund. We may also stop work where required by law or by a platform request.
Changes to terms
Changes to terms may be made by us at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. Your continued use of the lead generation and outreach service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
Governing law for this agreement is the law of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be handled on an individual basis, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
